Senior Management Team
| Managing Director - Steve Jordan |
| Steve is a time served Technical Plumber who started his career in June 1977. In 1992, he became a sole trader, trading as CEI Plumbing and Heating where he gained a valuable client base in Shop Fitting, New Build and Commercial work. CEI grew to a turnover of £ 650K, all aspects of the management run by Steve. This eventually became impractical, and the decision was taken in 1999 to form Bice Mechanical and Heating Ltd, maintaining and adding to the CEI client base. At Bice Mechanical and Heating Ltd besides heading the management team, Steve's main specific responsibilities are Contract Management, Quality Control, and Training. He is also the company representative and contact for CORGI and all other regulatory bodies. |

Director / Company Secretary - David England |
| David started his career in 1976 as an Estimator / Buyer with a well respected local family run Plumbing, Heating and Electrical Company. By 1990 he had been appointed to the Board of Directors, the company at that time had a turnover of £ 4.5 million. In 1992, David formed his own Plumbing and Heating company. In 1995 he joined a successful construction company to set-up and manage their small works and maintenance division. In 1999, this division was purchased by a national construction group. Having known Steve for a number of years, David joined Bice Mechanical and Heating Ltd in February 2000. David's main roles within the company are to oversee all financial issues and head the administrative team. With Steve he is also responsible for ensuring the stability and the future development of the Company. |

Senior Contracts Manager - Phill Raisin |
| Phill is also a time served Technical Plumber. In 1973 he set up as a self-employed Plumbing and Heating Engineer working for a number of companies until 1984 when he entered fulltime management. His management duties covered Contract Management, Estimating and Surveying. Contracts for which he was responsible ranged from local council heating refurbishments to full refurbishment of the WC Blocks at Wembley arena. During this period Phill worked for a variety of companies gaining valuable experience of the management of a Plumbing and Heating Company. In 2000 Phill joined Bice Mechanical & Heating Ltd initially as an Estimator, however his experience in Contract Management was soon realised and, whilst Phill still assists with Estimating, Bice Mechanical and Heating now benefit from his wealth of management experience. |

Commissioning Engineer / Quality Control Supervisor - Tony Archer
Tony and Pete is a time served Technical Plumbers and a skilled craftsman in all aspects of the trade, with over 30 years industry experience. Tony has been an integral part of Bice Mechanical and Heating Ltd since it's inception. As part of the project team he has the responsibility of monitoring the quality of installation as work proceeds and final commissioning on completion.

Commissioning Engineer / Service Manager - Ian Bennett
Ian presently has a dual role within Bice Mechanical & Heating Ltd. His primary role is within Service Maintenance and Small Works. As part of the Project Team he provides flexibility to cope with varying work loads.

Estimator / CAD Technician - Will Evans
As with all our Project Team, Will has a practical background within the industry. He has been with Bice Mechanical & Heating Ltd since it was first formed in 1999. Will moved from being site based to his present role in the office during 2003. Will's primary role is production of CAD drawings for all aspects of our work - these being design, working and as fitted drawings - utilising AutoCad 2006.

Contract Assistant - Elaine Brook
Elaine joined the Bice Mechanical and Heating Ltd in 2005. Primarily, Elaine provides specific administration and back up to the Contact Team and is particularly responsible for the contracts over seen by Phill Raisin. Within Bice Mechanical & Heating Ltd Elaine has a dual role her secondary role being that of Service, Maintenance and Small Works Coordinator. (Hyperlink here to her job description in small works)

Contract Administrator - Lisa Taylor
Lisa joined Bice Mechanical and Heating Ltd in 2008 as a Contract Administrator. Lisa has been associated with the industry for over 10 years and has a thorough understanding of it's complexities and nuances. Lisa provides specific contract admin support to Steve Jordan and his Contract Team, she also has an occasional supporting role as support to the Accounts Manager.

Accounts Manager - Cheryl Arscott
Cheryl joined Bice Mechanical and Heating Ltd in 2005. She brings with her extensive accounts experience. Working closely with David England, Cheryl's key role is to mange all account matters including sub-contractor accounts.

In 2007 Sarah joined Bice Mechanical & Heating Ltd as an administrator. Since then her overall duties have broadened. Sarah now also provides accounts support to the Accounts Manager.

Service, Maintenance and Small Works
Servicing is primarily managed by David EnglandService & Maintenance Manager - David Arnold
David joined Bice in February 2006 with over 35 years experience in plumbing heating and small works. For 20 years he ran his own business before transferring his business to the sunny shores of Spain. Now based back in UK David is using his many years of experience to run this team, ensuring that our customer care program and small works are well served.

Small Works Contracts Manager - Robin Stroulger
Robin joined Bice Mechanical and Heating Ltd in 2007. He has over 30 years experience in the industry starting as an apprentice, becoming a time-served qualified tradesman then on to Contract Management.

Ian joined Bice Mechanical & Heating Ltd in 2004 as a key member in this division. With his strong technical background, in-depth knowledge and experience within customer services, he is ideally qualified for this role. Additionally Ian also assists the Contract Team.
