Bice Mechanical welcome the opportunity of an early involvement in any project, in order to support work with the professional team in overcoming technical, practical and health & safety issues. Proposals can also be considered at this stage, relative to traditional or modern materials, together with costings to satisfy budgetary requirements. CAD is also available to assist with illustrations, designs and layouts. Input into material selection and specification is also available.
Plumbing
Above and below ground, foul and surface water drainage. Hot and cold services including boosted supplies where necessary. Sanitary installations and fire protection.
Heating
Gas, oil or LPG fired installations, radiator panel, warm air or radiant panel emitters. Underfloor heating.
Leadwork
Flat roof coverings, dormer roofs/cheeks, gutters, flashings, ornamental details can all be developed from basic information to completed project with our in-house specialist leadworkers.
Ventilation
Supply and /or extract as required
Air Conditioning & Electrical Installations
Although we do not carry out either of these in-house, we have associate companies with whom we work regularly in order to offer a seamless multi-service installation.
